  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Responsibilities:
    • Design and improve the user experience and interface for client websites and applications.
    • Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.
    • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
    • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio.
    • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
    • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
    • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Web Application Developer (PHP / MySQL / eCommerce)

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain dynamic web applications in PHP/MySQL.
    • Integrate with various APIs and external databases.
    • Create and maintain software documentation.
    • Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site.
  • Qualifications:
    • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks.
    • Understanding of MVC design patterns.
    • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
    • Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming.
    • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.

Helpdesk Support

  • Location: Northeastern Pennsylvania
  • Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
    • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
    • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
    • Document internal procedures and offer timely feedback to IT-related issues.
  • Qualifications:
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
    • Experience in a helpdesk or other service-oriented IT role preferred.

Networking

  • Location: Northeastern Pennsylvania
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Responsibilities:
    • Establish networks while maintaining and configuring network hardware and software.
    • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
    • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
    • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades.
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
    • CCNA or higher certification is preferred.
    • Deep understanding of networking protocols.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for driven and self-motivated Account Executives to join our sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity, ideal for individuals who excel in sales, business development, and relationship management.

Commission-Based Account Executive

Location: Remote (U.S. based preferred) or On-Site in NEPA, PA
Employment Type: Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor)
Commission Rate: Up to 35% on all contracts (one-time projects & recurring revenue)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Educate potential clients on the value of our services and how they address their specific needs.
  • Work closely with the internal technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven sales experience in IT services, cybersecurity, VoIP, SEO, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, cybersecurity best practices, VoIP systems (Asterisk/FreePBX), and SEO strategies.
  • Self-motivated and driven to build a book of business with long-term revenue potential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential.
  • Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage accounts is a plus.
